Art Party 2010

Here is a sneak preview of the Passport to Passion workshop I'm teaching at the Salvage Studio Art Party on October 2.  Like last year, you will be treated to an entire day of creativity and fun: 3 workshops, door prizes, treats and more!

This passport-sized portfolio is designed to keep you inspired long after the day of the workshop.  Fill the little windows and pockets with inspirational images, photographs, words and eye candy.  Jot down favorite quotes on the heart-shaped signature.  Tuck away your moo cards and tiny random acts of art so they are handy at a moment's notice.

Supplies to bring:

• 3-4 pages of 12 x 12" scrapbook papers in coordinating colors
• 1 sheet of solid color coordinating cardstock
• 18" ribbon
• Scissors, ruler, pencil
• Tiny (1-2") treasures (photos, quotes, inspirational words, snippets of eye candy).  As you gather up your treasures, ask yourself:  What am I passionate about?  What inspires me?  What never fails to make me smile?  What do I like to share?

Optional:  Scoring tool, bone folder, stapler with 3" reach, awl or small (1/8") hole punch
